What we do with your email address.
The short version: we email you about Seen., and that is all. This page is the long version, and it is still short.
What we keep
Your email address and the date you gave it to us. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your clinic, or your specialty, and the page sets no cookies and loads no trackers, so there is nothing else to collect.
Why
To tell you how Seen. is coming along, to tell you the day it goes on sale, and to give you the founder price. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own purposes. The lawyers call this consent: you gave us the address for exactly this, and you can take it back at any time by unsubscribing.
Who else touches it
One company: Brevo, a French email provider, who store the list and send the emails on our behalf. That is the only place your address goes.
How long we keep it
Until Seen. is on sale and you have decided what you think, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If the product never ships, we delete the list.
Getting off the list
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also write to hello@seen.clinic and ask us to delete your address, tell you what we hold, or correct it. No form, no account, no reason needed. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Who is responsible
Ivor Kovic, a practising physician, is responsible for this list and can be reached at hello@seen.clinic. Seen. is not yet a registered company; when it is, this page will name it.
